The match started of quite well for ODS, which was stringing passes comfortably against an inexperienced MOE side bursting with vitality but lacking in guile, experience, intelligence and all, in totality. Elango opened the accounts after a long direct, precise ball from Hairy managed to find him. He connected, via his toe to hook the ball over the oncoming keeper. Questionably brilliant, perhaps assisted with a touch of luck, although he begs to differ.

Soon after the second goal followed, after a flowing move on the left with Osman crossing and Elango dummying for Irwin to tap into an empty net with the keeper on ‘school holidays’. [2-0]
MOE Juniors managed a goal after a defensive mix-up between Kiran and Ros allowed their ‘cockroach’ striker to beat Kee Yong on a one-on-one.[2-1]
ODS managed to restore the 2-goal cushion when Osman fed Elango on the right and he returned the favour by sliding a delightful tasty low cross for an easy tap-in. ‘The Panther’ was in his element, prowling and observing his young ‘preys’, bidding his time to go for the jugular.

Another mix-up between Kiran and Kee Yong allowed a second MOE goal and half-time soon ensued.

ODS started on the backfoot and soon the MOE team were levelled through an uncontested cross. [3-3], game on.
ODS was attacking furiously as they wanted a victory against a team that they have annually beaten and thus the goal was eventually presented, literally and metaphorically. Their last man, in his stupor, lost his bearing after challenging for a high ball, only managed to steer the ball into his own bottom corner out of sheer panic upon seeing Osman at the corner of his eyes. Brilliantly disasterous and disasterously brilliant!!!! [4-3].
A 3-man move between Sng, Gary and Liang Han ended up with Liang Han tapping into an empty goal after the MOE team imploded seeing their chance of a comeback wiped out by their own player.[5-3]
Soon, the final whistle came to end their pain.

This is ridiculous,got time to play mahjong but cannot write 5-minute report....i question your commitment esp off-the-field.ODS committee is v v v unhappy....

Sat nite is the only nite i have for the past 3 full weeks for my PERSONAL break from 80 hours work week. I think if the team / management has a problem with this, then i would gladly step down as the caretaker of updating the results.
In my humble opinion, I feel that i've never let the team down in terms of caretaking the site so far.
Again, I cannot stressed more that we are A TEAM on the field and we should be A TEAM off the field.
I highly suggest to the team management to look into this issues and perhaps starting from this saturday, let's ensure EVERYONE in the team has to write at least 2 reports each per season so that we can have more variation in the reports and also everyone to share in helping out.
For the stats, i will remain committed to update the statistics latest by Sunday evening after each Saturday game

My utmost regret for questioning your integrity and commitments. I will retract back my statements and offer myself to write this report as well as 2 more reports till the end of season (for matches that i'm playing or present,of course).
ODS committee, it's bout time we take turns to write the reports and email it to Webmaster to vet and upload,how bout raising this issue this coming sat? Its a TEAM GAME after all, and we all need to assist Mr H off-the-field too.
