ODS first clean sheet was a bonus, as it also involved a big victory. All due to some tight defending and discipline play.

Last season Best Defender was named in the starting line-up as a striker.
He immediately made his impact up front, crossing for Liang Han to power the ball in.

ODS second goal came, courtesy of another dazzle set of dribbling skills by Cheen Meng. He ran at least 20metres with the ball into the penalty area before curling the ball beyond the fingertips of the keeper.

Liang Han and Kiran partnership continued to flourish, as this time, it was Liang Han who was the provider, and Kiran heading into the net.

A few more quick counter attacks seemed threatening, but ODS was unlucky not to have extended the lead. Ken Wong crossing for Kiran, but Kiran's header was wide. Cheen Meng's corner found Kiran at the mouth of goal, but Kiran was greeted with a boot to his face.

In an unfortunate incident, Ken Wong got a nasty knock on his right knee which signalled the end of his actions for the day. It seems like he will be missed for a couple of weeks. Expected return date should be 20 Feb 2010, a day after he celebrate his 26th birthday.

Tony was called upon to replace at right back.
Almost immediately, Cheen Meng reminded us on why he's nicknamed Turbo, and laying the ball for Kiran to tap in.

In almost similar style, Cheen Meng did the "action replay" and set up Kiran once again for his hat-trick.

ODS continued their display of fine attacking prowress. They should have gotten the 6th goal much earlier if Osman had not fooled around and tried to set up Mr Sng instead of going for the shot himself.

Osman then made amendments for himself, getting the sixth goal of the evening after some mixed up in the defences of the opponent.

Seventh goal came as a result of some neat passing and Osman setting up Mr Sng to tap in.

Mr Sng took himself off for Liang Han, who hinted Mr Sng that he won't be able to make it next Sat.
ODS should know what that means very well.

Osman then showed us the ugliest free kick, shooting horribly wide from 20metres out. The last time something like this happened, he made the excuse of the extra goal post behind. But this time round, there was no other goal post around. It should be interesting to see what excuse he can come up with this time.

After a one-two with Berd, Osman was through and he dribbled past another 2 defenders, rounded the keeper and put the ball into the empty net.

Osman continued his fine form, apart from that ugly freekick, and set up Liang Han for a simple tap-in.

Liang Han made way for Hairy who would try his luck in getting his name onto the scoresheet.

Osman next try to tee up Hairy, but Hairy failed to keep his shot on target.

In a fine counter attack, Tony was up there in the penalty area waiting, Osman has to trip over his own leg and miscue the final pass. There goes our great chance of a seafood feast.

In the dying mintues of the game, Osman was the man involved in the action again. His shot was going nowhere towards goal, and the defender blocked it, and the keeper parried it into his own net.
That would go down as an own goal.
But with such kind ODS committee, we would still award Osman with the assist for the goal.
