On this international women's day, ODS played one of their worst games ever, missing rued chances and facing their ugliest defeat ever.
Though we have a few key players back from their injuries, but that was not enough to prevent this loss.
In the first half, ODS played without a cause. Players were very lethargic and very static. We conceded the first goal after some comical errors from our defence.
Kumar played a short goal kick to Kieran who was on the left. Kieran then choose to play a half-hearted pass back to Rosk who was in the penalty area. Rosk was then robbed of the ball, and with 2 against 1, the opponents had a chance to pass to an unmarked teammate who made no mistake scoring the goal.
Even after that goal was scored, FaiZal totally had no idea of what was happening. And he had to ask the subs on what happened. Perhaps he was too engrossed in thinking about his hot dateS after the game.
Our first real goal scoring chance fell to Irwin, who only had the keeper to beat, but he blasted the ball high and wide.
In our next good chance, Irwin was put through. He should have taken a shot on goal, but he turned and passed the ball back to Elango who was behind him outside the penalty. Elango's shot was nowhere near the target.
The referee was also very dubious in his decision. He is somehow able to tell an offside from 50metres away. Throughout the whole game, he probably covered less than 2km!!!
Towards the end of the first half, Tony came off due to a nasty knock on his shin and Seah went in.
FaiZal too, took his exit, as he needs to prepare for his hot dateS. Gary went in for FaiZal.

Second began with ODS trying to level the terms. But they soon fell even behind to a goal from a miskick during a corner.
And the misfortune did not end there, Sng missed a golden chance to close up the gap, but he missed on this occassion on the near post.
ODS conceded the third goal from another set piece. A free kick in to the far post, saw an opponent had an easy header. And Kee Yong was beaten again on this occassion.
ODS, despite their fighting spirits, just couldn't find the goal they wanted, with Osman having a few shots gone wide, a header cleared off the line. Until Gary managed to flick the ball in for a consolation goal from a cross from the right.
As hard as ODS tried, our fate seemed sealed today.
Especially so Mark passed the ball back to Kee Yong, who could have made an early pass or clearance, but he took a touch too many and he was left with no other options as they were cut out by the opponent striker. He then tried to dribble past the striker, but was challenged and lost the ball, resulting in the fourth goal.
ODS faced yet another defeat on this day.
